Herbed Cheese Ball – The Rose Desk

My Herbed Cheese Ball is the right appetizer to make if love herbs! Particularly should you develop your personal and all the time have an abundance readily available. It’s depraved good! This may be completely lovable for Saint Patrick’s Day.

It’s simply cream cheese, white cheddar, salt, and rosemary, oregano, chives. The skin is coated with Italian parsley, chives, and a contact of oregano. In the event you’re an herb girlie like me, you’ll love this simple fresh-tasting white cheddar cheese ball.

Professional tip: don’t use pre-grated cheese. You don’t need the stuff they coat the cheese with in your cheese ball! Simply take a minute to grate some white cheddar till you’ve got a cup. It’s value it!

Herbed Cheese Ball

8 oz block cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp salt
Contemporary rosemary (2 sprigs)
Contemporary oregano (2 sprigs)
Contemporary chives (7-8 sprigs)

For the coating: 1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley, 2-3 sprigs oregano, 2-3 sprigs chives

  1. Chop rosemary, oregano, and chives. Combine cream cheese, white cheddar, salt, and herbs effectively and type a ball. Gently roll in chopped parsley, oregano, and chives till totally coated.
  2. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and chill for one hour. Serve with crackers.

Glad rolling,
