A meals truck targeted on empanadas in Prospect, Kentucky has expanded with a restaurant.
The truck enterprise, known as Alchemy, which affords Latin fusion and Venezuelan fare, has opened the shop in Norton Commons, in response to a WLKY report.
The restaurant menu contains the truck’s well-known empanadas in addition to pasta, burgers and steak.
Meals truck house owners Nelson Michelangeli and spouse Nahyla launched Alchemy as a meals stall in 2019 and expanded right into a meals truck in 2020.
“We have mainly had two good years there and everybody is aware of us due to the catering and residential meals,” Michelangeli advised the information outlet. “We’ll proceed with the meals truck and the whole lot, so we’re simply including one other enterprise.
