Elements for Wheat Dosa (Godhuma Dosa)

  • 1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cup Rice Flour
  • 2 tbsp Curd or Bitter Buttermilk
  • 1 Onion medium
  • as per style Salt
  • 1 to 2 Inexperienced Chillies
  • massive handful Coriander Leaves
  • few Curry Leaves torn
  • as required Oil

The right way to make Wheat Dosa (Godhuma Dosa)

  • Combine the rice flour and wheat flour with curd and salt.

  • Add sufficient water to make a skinny batter and preserve apart for two hours.

  • Add the chopped onion and inexperienced chillies.

  • Add to the batter with coriander leaves and curry leaves.

  • Combine properly.

  • Warmth a tawa over medium flame.

  • Pour a ladleful of the batter and unfold evenly.

  • Add oil across the edges and cook dinner on each side till mild golden brown.

  • Take away and serve with coconut chutney or onion chutney.
